Dramatic Conclusions

"The Bottom Line"

THE BOTTOM LINE, a Dallas-shot feature that runs 1 hour and 30 minutes, premiered Thursday, March 6, 2003 at the Historic Lakewood Theater in Dallas, Texas. Stay tuned for more information about screenings and film festivals.

THE BOTTOM LINE is a comedy-drama-romance about two business execs and a consultant that meet at a tradeshow and end up in a bar. Through the use of pithy dialog, irreverent documentary-style interviews, and bluntly honest narrative, the loneliness, isolation, and self-discovery of the characters becomes apparent. Baby-boomers who have "been there done that" will particularly appreciate this slice-of-life feature.

Locally shot in Dallas by writer and producer, Pam Boyd and director, Matt Posey, THE BOTTOM LINE, has already drawn the attention of the media. David Leeson, Pulitzer Prize nominated journalist, shot a behind-the-scenes documentary of the movie, and a book contract is in the works. Joey Greco, host of the WB series, CHEATERS, also plays a major role in the flic (which, by the way involves cheaters).
