About Pam Boyd

Pam Boyd is a consultant, speaker, writer, actor and producer in Dallas, Texas. Dramatic Conclusions, was started in 1998 as a vehicle for using her creative, management, and motivational skills to help others make the most of their lives and careers. She speaks and consults about professional and personal development for SkillPath Seminars and other clients all over the world. She has recently completed a tour of major cities in Australia and the United Kingdom, speaking for upper-level leadership teams about the effective management of multiple locations. Prior to forming Dramatic Conclusions, Pam worked in the restaurant industry as a general manager, training manager and multi-unit manager for the El Chico and Cantina Laredo concepts, and ended her restaurant career as the Chief Operating Officer for Sonny Bryan's Barbecue. Pam was a Theater/Pre-Med major at the University of Oklahoma and holds a BBA in Management from Northwood University. She is the author of The Essential Handbook for First-Time Managers and Supervisors, a best-seller for SkillPath Publications. She also wrote, produced, and played the female lead in an award-winning independent feature film, THE BOTTOM LINE and has written two additional screenplays and another book about relationships that are in the process of development.
